Right of Unjustified Withdrawal

According to EU law, the consumer has the right to unreasonably withdraw from the distance purchase of a product within an exclusive period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In this context, within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt you have the possibility of returning the purchased products only if

- They are in exactly the same condition in which they were received, in perfect condition, in their factory packaging, unused, unopened, and without damage to their products or packaging

- Accompanied by all the necessary documents proving your transaction (Invoice / Retail Receipt)

The costs for the return of products by post, courier or transport company in the area of our company are not covered by the company and are borne entirely by the sender / customer and the delivery of the products must be done at the headquarters of our company, on Ammochostou Street 2, Rhodes 85100.

It is pointed out that the responsibility of loss, damage or destruction of the product during the shipment for the return of the product, lies with the customer until the receipt of the product by our company.

Return of Defective Products

In case of incorrect product shipment, our company undertakes the complete replacement and shipment of the correct product to the buyer, fully covering its shipping costs, provided that the product will be returned in its original factory condition.

The replacement request must be made within 3 days from the receipt of the wrong product and after prior communication, via telephone 22410 37172, through the contact form of our page or via mail (paleosk@gmail.com), on the part of the buyer with the company.

Our company bears both the costs of returning the product to be replaced and shipping the new one, if the defect is due to deceit or gross negligence. In any other case, the cost of returning the product is borne by our company while the customer is borne by the cost of sending the new one.

The returned product is replaced with a product of the same characteristics, brand, size in relation to the returned one, without the existence of the defect and provided that it is available in our stock.

If it is not available, our company informs the customer and gives him two options, either to withdraw and get back the price he had paid, or to choose a new product to buy. The new product that the customer chooses to buy must be equal to or greater in value than the returned one. If the cost is greater than the amount already paid by the customer, he will be charged with the payment of the difference. The return of the product to be replaced must be done together with all the documents that accompanied the product (eg Retail receipt etc.) and its complete packaging.

Order Cancellation

The order can be canceled at all stages of the order processing, as long as the goods have not been shipped and they are still in our store. If you have received the message (Email) Completion-Sending of your order, it means that your order is no longer in our hands, but has been delivered to the transport company, so that it can deliver it to you, according to the order you placed in our store.

Non-Receipt of Products

In case of non-receipt of the products within while the payment of the order has preceded (eg by card, bank transfer, etc.), the customer can cancel the order in case it has not been shipped, as mentioned above. Otherwise, he must contact the store immediately and the company will deposit the money for the withdrawal and return of the product to a bank account that will be indicated in writing by the customer.

Product Return Procedure

If you received via Courier or through a Transport Company:

1. Pack the product in a larger box so that it is protected during shipment.

2. Put in the package that you have made a document in which you tell us the way in which you wish to resolve the financial issue, if the product is deemed capable of return as well as the purchase document (Retail Receipt / Invoice)

3. Send the parcel, through the Courier or the transport agency from which you received your order, at the headquarters of our company, at the address: ARTPALEOS, IPPODAMOUStreet 26, OLD TOWN RHODES 85100, Tel. 22410 37172. Please note that return costs are borne by the customer, except in case of return of defective products.

If you received at our store in Rhodes:

In this case, deliver the product to be returned to the responsible employee of the store, accompanied by its purchase document (Retail Receipt / Invoice), in order to check whether the conditions for returning the product are met, in accordance with the above.

Money Refund Procedure

The refund of the amount related to the returned product will be completed within ten (10) days from the date of receipt by our company. The return methods depend on the payment method of each order.

- In case the order was paid by credit / debit card before the withdrawal and return of the product, the company is obliged to inform the bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the refund to your card.

- In case the order was paid via COD, the company will deposit the money for the withdrawal and return of the product to a bank account that will be indicated in written form by the customer.

- In case the order was paid via direct bank transfer, the company will deposit the money for the withdrawal and return of the product to a bank account that will be indicated in written form by the customer.

- In the case of payment in cash at our store in Rhodes, if the customer had chosen "pick up from the store", it will be done by returning their money to them in cash at the store from where they received the product.
